Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Operations & Incident Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure operations for the FTC, supporting a national mission-critical IT environment.

You will oversee incident response, service delivery, and continuous improvement, coordinating cross-functional teams across data center, cloud, network, and cybersecurity services, with engagement at senior government levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience managing enterprise IT operations and incident response.
• ITIL 4 CDS certification or willingness to obtain within six months of hire.
• Experience managing ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Transition processes.
• Experience supporting hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and obtain FTC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a federal IT environment serving ~1,500 users.
• Oversee incident response, problem management, and service delivery.
• Ensure security and compliance with FTC policies and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and FTC stakeholders; manage on-call and after-hours.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for program leadership.
