Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years' relevant experience in IT asset management or related fields.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle management and CMDB tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hardware and software asset management throughout the complete asset lifecycle including acquisition, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and disposal.
• Maintain and optimize a license data repository tracking vendor information, users, licensing fees, maintenance renewal dates, and compliance metrics.
• Manage end-to-end distribution, tracking, inventory control, and disposition of IT asset records, performing regular inventory audits and ensuring financial accountability.
• Coordinate asset disposal and sanitization activities in accordance with DoS security policies, NIST guidelines, and environmental regulations.
• Generate comprehensive asset management reports including inventory status, compliance metrics, cost analysis, utilization rates, and forecasting models for IT leadership.
