Job summary

Chartis Federal is seeking an Inventory & Control Specialist to provide supply chain, logistics, and inventory management support for CBP's mobile surveillance program. You will coordinate parts, property accountability, and reporting to keep field maintenance operations running.

Responsibilities include managing SRs/WOs in ILSS, maintaining government property records, tracking spares with FAA and depot facilities, and providing data-driven metrics and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory/asset management experience with metrics and data analysis.
• Experience developing and monitoring performance metrics and conducting data analysis.
• Ability to generate reports and support decision-making with data.
• Forklift certification and operation experience is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Service Requests (SRs) and Work Orders (WOs) in ILSS.
• Enter and track Government property and GFE/GFP records in ILSS (Maximo or successor).
• Maintain and reconcile inventory, and perform regular storeroom inventory.
• Order and track spares with depots and create Purchase Requests.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with the COR and Inventory Manager.
• Analyze performance data and present trends and reports to support decisions.
• Monitor ILSS data quality and resolve discrepancies with field teams.
• Track depot-level repair status and usage of expendable items.
