Job summary

Chartis Federal is seeking Logistics & Inventory Analysts to support CBP’s mobile surveillance sustainment program. You will manage service requests, track government property, and coordinate spares with depot facilities to keep field maintenance operating smoothly.

The role focuses on data-driven decision-making, performance metrics, and reporting, with an emphasis on inventory control and logistics coordination in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of inventory/asset management experience with metrics and data analysis.
• Experience developing and monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Service Requests (SRs) and Work Orders (WOs) in ILSS with Field Technology Office coordination.
• Maintain Government property and GFE/GFP records in ILSS (Maximo or successor).
• Reconcile inventory and perform periodic storeroom counts; manage spares with FAA/depots.
• Coordinate material shipping with COR and Inventory Manager; prepare Purchase Requests.
• Analyze performance metrics and present data-driven reports for decision-making.
