Job summary

Chartis Federal in the United States is seeking an Inventory & Control Specialist to provide supply chain, logistics, and inventory management support for CBP's mobile surveillance system sustainment program, coordinating parts, property accountability, and reporting.

Based at a CBP site in El Paso, TX, you will manage service requests and Government property records in ILSS/Maximo, coordinate spares with the FAA Logistics Center, and use data analytics to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory/asset management and data analysis; 5 years if no degree.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Open and close SRs and WOs in ILSS with local Field Tech Office coordination.
• Enter, maintain, and track Government property and records in ILSS/Maximo.
• Reconcile inventory; conduct bi-monthly storeroom inventories.
• Order and track spares; create Purchase Requests as needed.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving with COR and Inventory Manager.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven reports.
• Monitor ILSS for data quality and work with field to resolve discrepancies.
• Track depot-level repair status and expendable item usage.
• Draft reports and briefings to support enforcement tech equipment.
• Operate forklifts to support supply chain activities.
