Job summary

Jacobs’ Federal Business Unit is seeking an Inside Sales Intern to join the Sales & Client Solutions team during the academic year, possibly continuing through summer 2027. This position could be located in Arlington, VA; Dallas, TX/ Fort Worth, TX or Denver, CO.

As a member of the Inside Sales team, you’ll be an integral part of Jacobs’ sales organization to plan, lead, and support a variety of assignments on strategic pursuits, and to position Jacobs for success.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• At least two years of collegiate coursework completed.
• Available to start by January 2027 or earlier.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• United States Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage archived proposal data and content across SharePoint and collaboration sites.
• Search government procurement platforms for opportunities.
• Support proposal preparation by organizing information and writing resumes for team staff.
• Assist pursuit teams on sales process, proposal development, interviews and presentations.
• Support data management, opportunity searches, coordination and preparation of proposals with senior staff.
