Job summary

Olsson's Federal Engineering & Design Team is seeking a Project Manager I to lead defined-scope federal projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams supporting planning, design, and construction. You will manage schedules, budgets, and quality, track progress, escalate risks, and maintain project records while facilitating routine meetings with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and a client-service mindset to deliver infrastructure solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of project experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.

• Manage defined-scope federal projects and support larger or multidisciplinary project teams.
• Track project progress, schedule, budget, and quality; escalate risks appropriately.
