Job summary

Management Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst to support a federal agency's infrastructure financing portfolio. The Portfolio Analyst will provide financial analysis, market research, portfolio performance monitoring, and reporting support to inform portfolio management and investment oversight activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–8 years of experience, or a Master's with 3–5 years.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and interpret complex information.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate findings clearly.
• U.S. citizenship required with ability to obtain a Public Trust determination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and portfolio analyses for federal financing transactions.
• Research market conditions and industry trends affecting portfolio performance.
• Evaluate loan transactions and broader portfolio performance for risks and opportunities.
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to support reporting.
• Prepare financial analyses and evaluations of financial positions and exposure.
• Develop reports and presentations communicating portfolio performance and findings.
• Support data validation and reporting processes with cross-functional teams.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for risk assessment and planning.
• Assist onboarding and training of new personnel on analytical procedures.
