Qualifications

• Active NISTAC badge and ability to work in a secure federal environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Emergency Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of project or data management experience in a federal or government contractor setting.
• Strong understanding of federal security protocols, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with diverse teams in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project deliverables related to infrastructure resilience and emergency management within the NISAC framework.
• Coordinate with FEMA and other federal agencies to ensure alignment of project goals and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and update secure data repositories, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility for authorized personnel.
• Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of data governance policies and procedures in accordance with federal security standards and NIST guidelines.
