About the Role:

The FEMA NISTAC Badged PDMG position is a critical role focused on supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency's mission through specialized project and data management. The primary objective is to ensure the effective coordination, analysis, and dissemination of infrastructure resilience data to enhance national preparedness and response capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with federal partners, stakeholders, and technical teams to manage sensitive information securely and efficiently. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining compliance with federal security protocols while facilitating the integration of complex data sets to support decision-making processes. Ultimately, this position contributes to strengthening the nation's infrastructure resilience by providing expert project management and data governance within a high-security environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active NISTAC badge, demonstrating the ability to work in a secure federal environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Emergency Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or data management within a federal or government contractor setting.
  • Strong understanding of federal security protocols, data governance, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working directly with FEMA or other Department of Homeland Security components.

  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and software relevant to infrastructure and emergency management.
  • Master’s degree in a related discipline or additional certifications in cybersecurity or risk management.
