Job summary

SHR Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a FEMA bid and govern delivery across data engineering, cloud platforms, and AI/ML enablement. You will act as principal contractor contact for FEMA CO/COR and ensure performance against complex federal IT programs.

The role requires senior leaders with experience managing large-scale government projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining schedule and risk management across the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing large, complex Federal IT or data/cloud modernization programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and Agile delivery personnel.
• Strong communication with Federal CORs and contracting officers.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management, coordination, supervision, and delivery oversight for all contract activities.
• Lead delivery across data engineering, data migration, and platform scalability.
• Manage program performance using SAFe practices and agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate staffing, priorities, risks, and delivery schedules.
• Provide Monthly Status Reports on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead government coordination meetings and contract deliverables.
• Ensure knowledge-transfer and staff continuity throughout the period of performance.
