Job summary

Pivot Path Solutions, LLC in the Washington, DC area seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead an IDIQ program for NIST on-site in Gaithersburg, MD. You will oversee multiple task orders, ensure quality, staffing, cost control, risk management, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with government and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has managed complex federal science/tech programs and holds a PhD or Master’s in Physical Sciences or Computer Science with extensive IT program management

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Government-funded programs.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple task orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary program-management point of contact for NIST and Pivot Path leadership.
• Provide centralized oversight of all task orders under the IDIQ contract.
• Manage technical performance, staffing, schedules, deliverables, risks, and costs across concurrent orders.
• Establish roles, reporting lines, and escalation paths across teams.
• Coordinate planning, staffing, execution, QA, and performance reporting.
