Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the USAidam Identity and Access Management program for the EOUSA. You will serve as the primary interface between the contractor team and Government stakeholders, overseeing IAM, authentication, PAM, and secure file exchange initiatives.

This role requires PMP, strong Agile, cybersecurity, and federal contract execution experience, with on-site work at EOUSA Headquarters in Washington, DC and potential for hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience in IT/cyber or IAM.
• Experience with Federal Government projects.
• Ability to obtain CAC/Public Trust clearance.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor team, ensuring schedule/budget adherence and contractual compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for Government PMs, CORs and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, backlogs, and release schedules using Agile.
• Coordinate with Government PMs on roadmaps and program vision.
• Manage responses to security patches and vulnerability notices.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity Services for A&A activities.
• Prepare and deliver monthly status reports and program reviews.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee budgeting and burn rate for the program.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
