Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking Federal Human Capital Consultants to help federal agencies modernize HR processes and optimize workforce management. You will leverage experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD to design future-state HR processes and translate needs into technical requirements.

You will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and develop operating procedures while contributing to practice growth and business development. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and residence within the United States required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “PUBLIC TRUST”.
• Three (3) to Ten(10) years experience in HR, policy analysis, or related field.
• Experience supporting Federal Human Resources or Human Capital programs.
• Experience with enterprise HCM platforms including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve federal HR business processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from client stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to assess current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct gap analyses and develop recommendations for process modernization and standardization.
• Support Human Capital transformation initiatives, including HR technology implementations.
• Translate HR business needs into functional requirements for technology teams and system integrators.
• Develop process maps, workflow documentation, user stories, and operating procedures.
• Support change management, communications, and user adoption activities.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare client-facing presentations, briefings, and executive-level deliverables.
• Lead workstreams and client engagements for Senior/Managing Consultant or Associate Director roles.
