ARETUM Holdings LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support federal workforce planning and staffing, coordinating hiring actions, updating position descriptions, and improving workforce processes. The role ensures data integrity, develops reports, and partners with stakeholders to support recruitment, readiness, and talent management.

Due to federal contracting, employees may handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must meet safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in business admin, organizational management, or HR.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management with government/human capital office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; facilitation.
• Proficient in MS Office; SharePoint and Teams for process development.
• Ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring actions, position descriptions, vacancy announcements, interview processes, and candidate tracking.
• Maintain workforce staffing plans, billet inventories, organizational charts, and Table of Organization data.
• Track personnel actions, workforce vacancies, hiring metrics, and staffing progress.
• Coordinate employee training, certifications, professional development programs, and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings related to staffing, retention, training, and organizational health.
• Support employee engagement activities, workforce communications, and organizational development efforts.
