AERMOR is seeking a Human Resources Staffing and Classification Program Analyst to provide onsite support at NSWCDD in Dahlgren, VA. The role focuses on federal staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and personnel actions within the Corporate Operations HR function.

Qualified candidates have an active DoD Interim Secret clearance or higher, 1+ year in HR-related duties, and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Active DoD-issued Interim Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Associate degree or 3+ years of HR experience.
• 1+ year in HR recruitment, onboarding, training or program management; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support federal staffing, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for NSWCDD HR office.
• Guide and apply federal hiring/onboarding policies for compliance.
• Track applicants, provide status updates, and recommend staffing actions.
• Use SharePoint and HR systems to manage workflows and data.
• Review SF-50s for accuracy and coordinate corrections as needed.
• Oversee New Employee Orientation and onboarding milestones.
• Handle HR inquiries on positions, benefits, leave, pay, and policies.
• Coordinate with government personnel on staffing/classification needs.
