Job summary

AERMOR is seeking a Human Resources Staffing and Classification Program Analyst to provide onsite support to NSWCDD Dahlgren, VA. This role focuses on federal staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and personnel actions, including onboarding milestones and SF-50 review.

The position involves using SharePoint and DCPDS, coordinating with government personnel, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active DoD-issued Interim Secret clearance or higher.
• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field OR 3+ years HR experience.
• At least 1 year supporting HR recruitment, onboarding, training, and/or program management; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail with analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support federal staffing, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities for NSWCDD HR.
• Provide guidance on federal hiring processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Track applicants, maintain status updates, and provide staffing action recommendations.
• Utilize SharePoint and other systems to manage hiring workflows and HR data.
• Review, interpret, and validate SF-50s for accuracy and coordinate corrections.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and onboarding milestones.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and respond to employee HR inquiries.
• Coordinate with government personnel on staffing, classification, and onboarding requirements.
