Job summary

Oracle Health Federal Testing Team is seeking candidates to join the Testing and Quality Assurance group, supporting federal clients implementing Cerner Millennium Software. The team focuses on validating design/configuration, documenting test evidence, and ensuring regulatory compliance across functional, data migration, interface, and integration testing.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of testing or QA experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support manual testing of functional and technical/interface testing.
• Gather requirements for test plan and scripts.
• Design and write manual front-end test scripts for service line workflows.
• Follow test case writing standards.
• Consult with clients on testing decisions and impacts.
• Coordinate and lead test sessions with federal teams and stakeholders.
• Provide testing oversight and expertise for multiple workflows.
• Coach client on testing best practices and methods.
• Advise stakeholders on testing activities and defects.
• Execute test cases and capture evidence.
• Maintain test evidence per compliance procedures.
• Lead test plan reviews and manage test execution schedules.
• Document and track defects using ALM.
• Participate in joint testing, regression and sustainment cycles.
• Maintain PHI/PII data handling compliance.
