Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead tactical design and delivery of health IT architecture across large federal healthcare environments. You will develop and govern architectures to enable interoperability, security, and scalable operations.

The ideal candidate will assess current-state environments, define future-state roadmaps, and translate modernization objectives into clear roadmaps and technical guidance that support improved care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 8 years of enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience leading architecture across EHR, HIE, cloud, security, and data exchange.
• Ability to translate modernization objectives into roadmaps, standards and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical architecture design for enterprise health IT across EHR, HIE, cloud, data exchange, security, and infra.
• Develop and govern technical architectures aligning with federal standards for interoperability, scalability and security.
• Assess current-state environments and define future-state roadmaps and technical guidance.
• Shape modernization strategies with cloud, zero-trust security, and FHIR/HL7 data exchange standards.
• Translate business and modernization objectives into actionable architecture strategies and decisions.
• Partner with clinical, technical, operational, compliance, security, and executive stakeholders for delivery goals.
• Lead architecture reviews, design forums, and governance to de-risk delivery.
• Maintain architecture documentation, reference models, standards and governance artifacts.
• Advise on modernization trade-offs, integration strategies, investment planning and innovation.
• Promote digital equity and resilient federal healthcare transformation.
