Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the tactical design and delivery of enterprise health IT architecture across large-scale federal healthcare environments.

You will develop and govern architectures that integrate EHR systems, HIE platforms, cloud technologies, security frameworks, and data exchange capabilities to enable interoperability, scalability, and operational resilience, while translating modernization objectives into clear roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience with federal health IT architecture, EHR/HIE integration, and interoperability standards.
• Ability to translate modernization objectives into roadmaps, standards, and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical architecture design for enterprise health IT environments (EHR, HIE, cloud).
• Develop and govern architectures aligned with federal standards for interoperability and security.
• Assess current-state environments and define future-state roadmaps and blueprints.
• Shape modernization strategies including cloud and zero-trust security.
• Translate business and clinical goals into architecture decisions and guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery goals and transformation.
• Maintain architecture documentation and governance artifacts to guide delivery.
• Advise on trade-offs, dependencies, and investment for modernization.
• Promote digital equity and resilient health IT across portfolios.
