Job summary

Oracle Health Government Services seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise health IT architecture across federal healthcare environments, integrating EHR, HIE, cloud, security, and data exchange to enable interoperability and scalability.

The ideal candidate will assess current-state environments, define future-state roadmaps and standards, and translate modernization objectives into actionable guidance that aligns clinical goals with governance and executive engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelors plus 8+ years of enterprise architecture experience.

Responsibilities

Lead tactical architecture design for enterprise health IT environments (EHR, HIE, cloud).
Develop and govern architectures to support interoperability, scalability, security.
Assess current-state environments and define future-state roadmaps and blueprints.
Shape modernization strategies including cloud, zero-trust, and data exchange standards.
Translate business, clinical, and modernization objectives into architecture guidance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery goals and transformation.
Lead architecture reviews and governance discussions to reduce delivery risk.
Maintain architecture documentation, reference models, and standards.
Advise on modernization trade-offs, dependencies, and investment planning.
Promote decisions that advance digital equity and sustainable healthcare transformation.
