Qualifikationen

• Ten+ years leading enterprise data or technology modernization programs.
• Experience managing large federal government programs.
• Experience with HR, payroll, ERP modernization is a plus.
• Proven cross-functional leadership of 20+ personnel.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise-wide data and process modernization initiatives for HCM transformations.
• Define governance operating models and enterprise data contracts.
• Oversee cloud data platforms and lakehouse architectures.
• Guide modernization of legacy HR and payroll systems.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance in data programs.
• Manage executive reporting, risk, and stakeholder communications.
