Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Data Architect to lead enterprise HCM data architecture, migration, and integration across platforms. You will establish governance, modeling, and standards, collaborating with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership in data strategy, cloud modernization, and cross-system integrations, with a focus on security and compliance for federal clients.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, Engineering, Data Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or system modernization.
• Experience with designing data architectures for HCM platforms or ERP programs.
• Proven data modeling and migration experience; API and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of enterprise HCM data architecture and standards.
• Drive data migration, profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Establish data governance, glossary, lineage, security, and quality controls.
• Design and review integrations between HCM platforms and enterprise systems.
• Lead architecture workshops, mentor teams, and present to client leadership.
