The ideal candidate will bring current executive‑level federal relationships, a proven track record of growth, and the ability to guide capture and teaming efforts from early shaping through award.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to win significant Federal Civillian contracts and generate revenue.
• Established executive-level relationships within Federal Civilian agencies.
• Experience leading BD, capture, or market expansion for a federal contractor.
• Ability to identify and shape opportunities before solicitations.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth objectives, bookings, pipeline, and revenue in Federal Civilian markets.
• Identify, qualify, shape, capture, and close major federal contract opportunities.
• Lead strategic market entry and capture activities with Arch leadership involvement.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with agency leaders and partners.
