Job summary

Connexus Hub is seeking a Grants Lifecycle Specialist to support the federal grants program for the U.S. Department of Labor, ETA, Office of Grants Management. The role covers pre-award through closeout, with data validation, reporting, and audit resolution, on-site in Washington, DC, contingent on contract award.

The candidate will input data in GrantSolutions, prepare correspondence, develop ad-hoc reports, and review budgets, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background check.
• Federal grants or cooperative agreement experience preferred.
• Familiarity with GrantSolutions, eGrants, ASAP or comparable systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen grant applications, schedule merit review panels, conduct presentations, and review panel workbooks.
• Input grant application data in GrantSolutions, including hard-copy applications.
• Prepare correspondence and evaluative feedback for applicants.
• Develop ad-hoc reports and perform data validation for USASpending reporting.
• Review budgets, statements of work, and grant actions and prepare modifications within deadlines.
• Prepare legally supported determinations and complete closeout packages.
