Axle is seeking a Grants Management Specialist to join our team supporting NIH in Bethesda, MD. The role covers the full federal grants lifecycle, from pre-award to closeout, with emphasis on compliance, reporting, and financial monitoring.

Candidates should have at least five years of federal grants management experience and strong knowledge of SF-424, budgets, and NIH policies. A robust benefits package and career growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of federal grants administration and the grants lifecycle.
• Experience with pre-award, award, post-award, and closeout activities.
• Ability to review SF-424 applications, budget forms, and indirect costs.
• Ability to track grant budgets and perform financial verification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide grants management and administrative support for the NIH lifecycle.
• Monitor financials, compliance, reporting, and records management.
• Prepare administrative completeness reports and Just-In-Time tracking.
• Maintain award files and assist with closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support timely grants processing.
• Prepare notices of award packages and related documentation.
