Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies internal control weaknesses and recommends corrective actions.
• Formulates goals, plans, policies, and work plans for assigned program.
• Provides risk assessments for program decisions.
• Manages a grant portfolio and day-to-day fiscal management for grants.
• Provides accounting guidance to grantees and ETA staff.
• Communicates grant requirements to grantees to ensure understanding.
• Follows up on audit findings with grantees to ensure compliance.
• Reviews financial reports, analyzes data, and resolves discrepancies.
• Develops procedural manuals, methods, and directives.
