Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of experience in government relations.
• Experience with technology policy and federal appropriations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to register as a Federal Lobbyist.
• Knowledge of federal agencies' structure and functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Adobe leadership and U.S. congressional offices (House & Senate).
• Advocate for technology policy solutions in AI, creators' rights, consumer protection, and federal IT modernization.
• Coordinate with federal executive branch government relations to advance policy objectives.
• Collaborate with Public Sector Sales to align government business aims and budget initiatives.
• Attend hearings and events and report back to the business.
• Build and manage advocacy through engagement with Congress, trade associations and peers.
• Advocate for federal procurement and digital government policies.
