Qualifikationen

• Review proposals and terms; analyze and negotiate contracts.
• Experience with federal contracts or subcontracts under federal prime contracts.
• Review and assist in preparing Statements of Work (SOW).
• Negotiate terms of subcontracts; finalize prices with suppliers.
• Familiar with contract types including FFP, CPFF, and T&M.
• Clear communicator with strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Able to handle deadlines and ambiguity in government procurement.

• Oversee all aspects of contract administration on assigned projects.
• Under supervision of Contracts/Subcontracts Manager, support development and administration of contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure adherence to the federal government contract framework and company policies.
• Perform activities related to procurement process from requirement inception to closeout.
