Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a GCP Engineer to build, deploy, secure, and operate cloud environments for federal programs using Terraform IaC. You’ll work with a lead architect on Compute, Networking, IAM, and monitoring, leveraging GKE and Cloud Run, and aligning with federal security frameworks.

Requirements: 6+ years in GCP, BS in CS/engineering, strong Terraform, CI/CD (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions), and solid troubleshooting across cloud services.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years setting up and using GCP cloud tools to ensure SLAs and compliance with policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or technical discipline.
• Experience with GCP Core services including Compute Engine, GKE, and Cloud Run (Python-based services).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work across compute, networking, security, and automation to ensure compliant GCP operations.
• Leverage Terraform to create reusable modules and enforce secure configurations.
• Develop and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
