Job summary

State of Missouri is seeking an Advance Planning Coordinator to secure enhanced federal participation for DSS information system projects. You will develop APDs, track budgets, and collaborate with IT, DSS divisions, sister departments, and federal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in project, budget, financial management or grant writing and management (substitutions may be allowed).

Responsibilities

• Create Advance Planning Documents (APDs) and supporting documents for enhanced funding requests.
• Write, review, and track APDs, contract amendments, project budgets, scopes of work, and related documentation.
• Submit APDs and contracts to federal partners and coordinate communications with business owners and financial staff.
• Interact with federal partners to coordinate funding and contracting requests.
