Qualifications
- Paralegal Certificate or HS Diploma/GED with paralegal experience.
- Experience with automated litigation support and legal research.
- Strong writing and analytical abilities are required.
Responsibilities
- Review case material and prepare summaries with legal references.
- Examine new cases and evaluate against standards.
- Assist in determining probable cause and plan evidence collection.
- Investigate facts using public records and legal databases.
- Prepare discovery and organize witness materials.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and orders.
- Organize files and indexing exhibits.
- Summarize depositions and testimony for attorneys.
- Generate data reports and trial exhibits.
- Provide training to other personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
