Guidehouse is seeking Federal Financial Management Consultants to help federal clients improve budget and financial management operations through analytics and AI-enabled tools. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and implement process improvements across the budget lifecycle, engaging diverse stakeholders from executive level to teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ years of experience in finance or data analytics in federal context preferred.
• Experience with federal financial management processes, including budget lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team and federal health clients to design and enhance budget and financial management processes across the full budget lifecycle.
• Support financial transformation efforts using best practices in process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan and support meetings with stakeholders, including executive-level clients, to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Apply analytical skills to collect qualitative and quantitative data (interviews, focus groups, document and data reviews).
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights to address financial management challenges and support client decision-making.
• Develop deliverables such as analyses, reports, requirements documentation, SOPs, tools, templates, and dashboards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients and leadership.
