Job summary

RDR, Inc. is seeking an early-career financial professional to support Federal missions. You will review financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and assist with federal financial reporting activities while gaining hands-on experience across the project lifecycle and client engagements.

Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting or business and familiarity with government reporting standards. A TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required to be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in government financial management or federal reporting
• Familiarity with USSGL is preferred
• Ability to analyze financial and systems processes and controls
• Willingness to travel to support project needs
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and evaluating financial risk, financial reporting, and accounting transactions with focus on internal controls for Federal entities
• Support review and assessment of Federal financial business processes and financial statements
• Contribute across the project lifecycle from scope and requirements to design, testing and implementation
• Help develop relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to expand support
• Prepare, analyze, and communicate reports and findings clearly and concisely
