Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, and 2-4 years of professional experience.
• Preferred: Prior experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.
• Ability to work with numbers, analyze trends, and interpret financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.
• Ability to identify risks, propose solutions, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Government-Focused Financial Analysis: identify trends, variances, and discrepancies.
• Reconcile federal financial records with FM Points of Contact and agency stakeholders.
• Support Budget Formulation & Execution: assist with creating budgets and forecasts per OMB guidance.
• Monitor program execution and report variances to federal customers.
• Develop Financial Models for Federal Programs: evaluate investment value and lifecycle forecasting.
• Conduct Risk Analysis per Federal Standards: assess risks in contracts and funding.
• Perform Market Research for Acquisition Support: gather data for acquisition strategies.
• Ensure Compliance and Support Audit Remediation: adhere to GAAP, FAR, DFARS, FIAR.
• Produce Financial Reporting and Presentations for Government Stakeholders: tailored reports.
