Job summary

Schneider Electric Federal is seeking a strategic Director of Finance to lead financial management for the U.S. Federal Government business. This executive will oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and contract management, reporting to the President of Schneider Electric Federal.

You will partner with the leadership team to guide long-range planning, forecasting, and governance, ensuring compliance and strong performance across regulated programs and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. Federal contracting environments is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional finance teams and partner with executive leadership.
• Strong governance, risk management, and external reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and contract management for SE Federal.
• Collaborate with Board of Directors and Finance Committee on strategy and risk.
• Drive long-range planning, annual operating plans, and quarterly forecasts.
