Qualifications

Active Secret Security Clearance.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
EPA Section 608 Certification required.
Technical training and certifications in maintenance, mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical systems, or related fields.
Ability to provide documentation of annual continuing education and training relevant to the position.
At least three years of experience performing maintenance and repair of commercial, industrial, or government facility systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on facility equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
