Qualifications

• Active Public Trust Security Clearance required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or government facilities.
• EPA 608 Certification and related maintenance certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues and implement timely corrective actions.
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, air handlers, exhaust systems, and other facility equipment.
• Respond to service calls and emergency maintenance situations.
• Document deficiencies and maintenance actions.
