Job summary

PCI Federal seeks a Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee preventive and routine maintenance, on-call repairs, and custodial services for Federal Facilities. You will manage technical performance, cost, and schedule while serving as the main liaison with the Government and subcontractors.

Minimum five years’ experience in building maintenance supervision, CMMS familiarity, and strong computer skills are required. Domestic travel may be needed and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• At least five years of building maintenance operations and supervision.
• Experience with CMMS systems for work orders and inventory control.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, utilities, high voltage distribution.
• Ability to pass drug screening and government background checks.
• Driver's license valid.

Responsibilities

• Direct full authority to manage contract funds and resources.
• Ensure contract performance, safety, and quality control.
• Maintain proactive government relationships with teams and subcontractors.
• Provide weekly status reports on progress and issues.
• Monitor cost control and resource utilization at all levels.
• Approve resource time allocation and related invoicing.
• Forecast risks and plan around obstacles to meet deadlines.
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified personnel.
