Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC is seeking a Facilities Operations/Management Specialist to oversee federal facilities in Laredo, TX, supporting CBP, BPAM, and PMO. The role emphasizes SOW/IGCE development, procurement, and vendor coordination to ensure timely maintenance and regulatory compliance.

You will manage multiple sites, monitor budgets, and report to upper management while maintaining strong client relations and ensuring high standards of safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance and repair management experience.
• OSHA 10 hour training preferred and relevant trades certifications encouraged.
• Ability to create SOWs and IGCEs for bids and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manages client facilities for the federal customer with strong customer service.
• Supports the Facility Infrastructure Manager with SOWs/IGCEs, procurement, and work orders.
• Coordinates maintenance actions with sites and contractors and tracks performance.
• Monitors funding, budget, and project/documentation for oversight by government stakeholders.
