Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of general maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance in two or more trades in building upkeep.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, valves and water supply lines.
• Inspect and repair HVAC systems and electrical components.
• Carry out carpentry and painting tasks as required.
• Maintain work order logs and report status to supervisor.
• Comply with safety training and PPE requirements.
