Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice is seeking a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation to help federal, state, and local government clients navigate transformation agendas. You will support strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives through research and structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Willing to work on site in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time.
• 4+ years of experience applying DoD accounting practices/policies and reporting expectations.
• 3+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and developing functional specifications.
• 3+ years of experience conducting system testing, UAT, or end-user training.
• 3+ years of experience ERP functional issues and supporting end-users.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives through research, analysis, and structured problem solving.
• Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, workplans, status updates, and analysis summaries.
• Coordinate project activities, track milestones, and maintain documentation for workstreams and deliverables.
• Gather, organize, and analyze business, operational, and program data to support recommendations and decisions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support implementation activities and project objectives.
