Job summary

Deloitte GPS Government & Public Services is seeking a Business Financial Senior Consultant to support Controllership and Treasury Transformation. You will advise federal stakeholders, manage PPBE activities, and drive budget execution using ERP systems to deliver value.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years ERP experience, a Secret clearance, and 25% travel. A discretionary incentive program may apply based on performance and company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems (SAP) supporting financial management.
• 1+ years of federal environment experience and PPBE activities.
• 2+ years with ERP/PBIS/ADVANA for budget execution, funds control, or reporting.
• Travel about 25% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Financial Manager (BFM) for federal finance initiatives.
• Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle activities.
• Track obligations, manage phasing plans, and process budget requirements in ERP.
• Analyze financial data using Excel and ADVANA for fund status and trends.
• Develop PBIS-based reports and executive briefings for financial decisions.
