Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years of ERP experience supporting financial management activities.
• 1+ years in a federal environment with PPBE activities.
• Ability to travel ~25% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Financial Manager (BFM) for a federal finance organization and advise federal stakeholders on financial matters affecting assigned initiatives.
• Support all phases of the PPBE cycle, including budget exhibit development and POM activities.
• Drive financial execution by tracking obligation benchmarks and budgeting through ERP systems.
• Analyze financial data using Excel and ADVANA to review fund status and monitor funds control.
• Develop PBIS reporting and executive-level briefings to support financial decisions.
