Job summary

Applied Information Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a government-side Enterprise Platform Transition Program and Data Migration Support in Alexandria, VA.

The role focuses on coordinating multi-workstream transitions, maintaining schedules, and ensuring readiness for IL4 environments. The ideal candidate will have a Secret clearance, extensive enterprise project experience, and the ability to collaborate with Government stakeholders and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing a multi-workstream enterprise system implementation or migration in Federal/DoD environments.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience developing integrated schedules, critical paths, dependencies, risks/issues, decision logs, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical and functional workstreams with Federal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Experience supporting stage-gate, cutover, migration-readiness, testing, and go-live decisions for enterprise implementations.
• Strong program governance, leadership, communication, documentation, and quality-management skills.
• Ability to support periodic in-person meetings in Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Integrated Master Schedule, cross-domain dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, program governance, quality, and Government coordination.
• Lead program reporting and stage-gate readiness activities, coordinate cutover and stabilization planning, and provide leadership with evidence-based assessments of progress, readiness, schedule impacts, recovery options, and go-live recommendations.
• Coordinate closely with functional, data migration, testing, change management, and technical teams to keep the overall transition aligned and on schedule.
