Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of technical staff providing support for an enterprise IT program across multiple locations.
• Serve as the primary government point of contact, providing technical supervision and strategic direction for all contractor personnel.
• Develop project plans and schedules, manage risk, track and report on performance metrics, and support and management process improvements.
• Collaborate with the COR and government stakeholders to monitor contract performance and support evolving mission needs.
• Provide PMRs, MSRs, and ad‑hoc briefings to Abacus management and government stakeholders.
• Support the production environment by adhering to government standards and ensuring the production configuration baselines are maintained.
