Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, seeks a Project Development Engineer for our Energy Solutions group in the federal market. The role focuses on audits, energy analysis, and reports to support performance contracting and zero-energy projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in energy services or commissioning with HVAC background, and a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. Immigration sponsorship is not available. CMTA's Energy Solutions division is rapidly growing and collaborative in nature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with energy services, consulting engineering, or commissioning in federal markets is preferred.
• Familiarity with energy analysis methods and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building and system audits.
• Perform energy analysis and savings calculations.
• Write technical reports for projects.
• Attend meetings with Project Manager and clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
