Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program Manager II to lead an integrated program team supporting a federal portfolio. You will drive execution, ensure customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and maintain regulatory compliance across the central client focus.

You will coordinate with the Senior Program Manager and Program Director to deliver disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and growth across the Energy portfolio.

• Strong communication and reporting skills for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead program objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Align programs with PMO governance and reporting standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardized practices.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, IT, and legal teams.
• Support change management and risk mitigation activities.
• Prepare and present program performance and financial reports.
