Quanta Government Solutions (QGS) leads a federal infrastructure delivery portfolio, partnering with the Energy sector to execute complex programs for U.S. Government customers.

You will drive program leadership, governance, and continuous improvement across a centralized client focus. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance, and delivering outcomes that align with client expectations.

Competenze

• Must have working knowledge of federal contracting, project delivery, regulatory compliance, and program management principles.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field supporting federal programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Familiarity with DOE, NNSA, and other federal government customers.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent programs while managing financial performance, schedules, and customer expectations.
• Experience working within or alongside a PMO, including program governance and reporting.
• Experience collaborating within complex matrix organizations and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting customer relationships within federal energy, infrastructure, engineering, or construction environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

• Lead a targeted federal energy and infrastructure program with objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Partner with the PMO to implement governance, reporting, and delivery standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and program execution.
• Coordinate resources with cross-functional teams to deliver programs.
• Support change management initiatives and resource planning.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program risks and compliance issues.
• Prepare and present program performance, forecasts, and metrics; support proposals and contracts.
