Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Federal Project Manager II to lead site-specific readiness projects and coordinate post go-live transition activities. This role requires strong communication with Oracle Health Readiness and client teams, and will travel up to 80% to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

You will drive project plans, manage risks, and align schedules with deployment events while collaborating with Engagement Management for timelines and readiness milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or related field (required).
• 5+ years of healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation/project management (required).
• Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage site communications between the site and Oracle Health Readiness Team (80% travel).
• Drive site project plans and informatics readiness for post go-live responsibilities.
• Coordinate Readiness Methodology content and drive its local execution.
